When water is added to a mixture of sand and salt, a solution is created in which the salt dissolves, leaving the sand as such. This is a physical change when we take salt and sand out of solution by filtration followed by evaporation.
Cement is a mixture of different chemicals such as CaO, MgO, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3Also3When water is added to cement, its components become hydrated and therefore their molecules bind together to form a hard rock. This is known as hardening of cement. we cannot extract original cement powder from this solid cement. More than his legacy also changed. Therefore it is a chemical change.
